Yes we are working on an upgrade. Some steps to take since we have some special configurations.
However we have > 250 other users on the LSU that do not face this error.
The issue is now with your support team, so hopefully we will get a solution to this (very unusual?) error code.

Yes, I agree with John that first step would be to upgrade LSU version.
As per Flexera error "-7" , it means "No socket connection to license server manager service". One of the possible explanation would be a version mismatch between client (Pro) and server (LSU) versions. Always better to have LSU updated whenever you add new version of Pro.
