Spectrum Spatial (SSA/LIM)

​Hi there,

In Exponare we were able to right click on a map, select views and then choose the required town/location (as shown below). The map would then refresh the map view to the selected location.

Can something similar be achieved with SSA? preferably so that it works across all business maps with a one time setup? Perhaps so it can be embedded in the SSA header bar next to the <option>, <add>, <map legend> controls

Hi Daniel.

We use SSA with the address import that is basically as CSV with an name "Stirling", and the coordinates that is imported into Spectrum, which PB setup for us (extract from our rates DB each night for actual property locations)

As you can see from the pics below, you just start typing Stirling or what ever you place in the CSV and it will be indexed and they can just straight to that town, or point of interest.  eg; type in Scouts and you get all the Scout Halls in the district.

Maybe this would help, PB can setup this and you can maintain the file yourself.

Well our staff never had exponare, they were straight up MapInfo Pro 12 users across the fleet... so being able to type any address in the rating system, town, Point of Interest or key location has obviously been a winner.
