I have created a Public Works Workspace with Pro and now want to share it with other Town departments. We have a server here in my building that all the other desktops are linked to. I have downloaded ProViewer - ver 17.0.4 onto these other machines. When trying to access the Workspace, MI looks for several MI tables. It doesn't matter whether I 'skip' them or locate them, the workspace doesn't open. All I get is an "Untitled" workspace with some explorer information. I am using ACCESS for database.
Is there documentation somewhere to troubleshoot this? OR, a phone number for the northeast USA help line? Your website (for US help) is missing the last digit in the phone number.
