Spectrum Spatial (SSA/LIM)

Hello all,

 

I have today uploaded nine ideas/requests to the SSA ideas portal at ideas.pitneybowes.com/ideas. I may add some more.

If you think they're any good, then please vote for them. I imagine they'd stand more of a chance of becoming reality if PB can see that they carry support.

 

• Admin optional i (for information) icon for each uploaded map layer and NamedMap
• Setting to automatically assign a specified custom template to a map layer across all configs where that map layer exists
• Editing configs in a text editor
• Replace NamedMap 1 for NamedMap 2 throughout all configs in one go
• Lower most NamedMap expands but does but auto show
• Upload and respect layer visibility settings from MI workspace when NamedMap is viewed in SSA
• Introduce a loading progress bar for start up of SSA
• Add spatial queries function to SSA
• Multi- select records from attribute table

I have since added a request to have a 'switch user' function added to the Options menu in map configs were sign-on is enabled.

I like all of these Stuart, the second one and last ones in particular.

Thanks for that, William. The ‘add spatial queries function to SSA’ request is so important. It was in Planweb, developed circa 1999, so no reason why it can’t reach the 2018 SSA.
