    I would like to know, where is it possible to setup longer session time and what is the maximum of this time.

    Hello Marek,

    you could set up session timeout value in SSA Administration Console below

    steps to do that:

    1. Login to admin console
    2. Go to Settings tab

    settings

    3. Change value of Session Timeout (minutes) field

    settings2

    Maximum value is 180 minutes

    @Arkadiusz Gotfryd? We have applied this 180 minute time limit sometime back and I've been meaning to raise a support ticket for it as it doesn't seem to always(or often) hold true. With SSA users using the basic no sign in Guest account or a username/password protected sign-in it is pretty rare to get the full 3-hour allocation. Often being asked to re-sign-in or refresh browser (losing current work) within a few minutes of first session of the day. To speed things up a little can you provide me a list of any logs, screen shots etc... to provide PB Support. TIA.

    @William Dean? Log files from following directory

    C:\Program Files\Pitney Bowes\Spectrum\server\app\repository\logs

    might provide some information for the PB Support team.

    Hi William,

    You mentioned SSA logging out or requesting re-authentication before time out period is expected to have expired. Do you know what version of SSA and Spectrum you are using, i had a similar experience with a client here in the UK and it was related to an issue with the Spectrum platform version 12.0, for which there is a patch available. Let me know what version and we can check it out for you.
