    Hi,
    Can I add my own items to the quick access toolbar? whenever I try to do this I get the response "The selected command is already on the Quick Access Toolbar"
    The commands that i'm trying to add already exist on a customised ribbon tab, I've used ribbonlib tools to create the ribbon and ribbon buttons.
