I scheduled a script on the runner and set it to run wether user is logon or not. However, when I run the script, I get the error message below. If I run the script when I set it to user is logd on then the script works, unfortunately I am not always logged in :)? Who knows what could be the cause.

The Excel workbook [\\dz01fps02\winshuttle\Studio\data\PeterPaul\NieuwAangemaakteArtikelNummersperdag.xlsx] is protected by a password. Please provide the correct password.

Is it a password protected sheet or workbook?

    Hello PP,

What is your version of Winshuttle installed on the machine?

    Thanks!

    Hello PP,

Please be sure to respond here vs private message so answers can be shared. Is your file password protected? If you are still seeing this issue we encourage you to open a Support ticket here https://support.winshuttle.com/hc/en-us and provide a copy of the file so we can review.

    Thanks!

Hi, I also have this issue after a clean install of Windows 10, Office 365 64 bit and Studio 20.02.8. My workaround is to temporarily un-sync my OneDrive to run the scripts without error. What was the correct permanent fix to this please?

    Thanks

I have also noticed that templates cannot be in OneDrive or the script will fail. Not sure if this happens to be PPs issue, but it certainly has an impact. I have all my users create a local folder to keep their templates in for this very reason.
