  • 1.  SSA Upgrade from old versions

    Hi all,

    We are planning a major upgrade of our Spectrum Spatial Analyst to the last version (2018.2) from v11.1. In order to do so, it seems necessary to upgrade first to 12.0, then 12.1, 12.2 and so on. And we need to upgrade both Spectrum Technology Platform and Spectrum Spatial Analyst.

    Apart from this Spectrum Platform page that provides SP updates:

    we haven't seen any other page for downloading the main installers for each versions.

    According to this, we need the main installers for:
    Spectrum Technology Platform: 12.0, then 12.1, 12.2, 2018.2
    Spectrum Spatial Analyst: 12.0, then 12.1, 12.2

    But we've only found the main installer for the current SSA version (2018.2).

    Anybody knows how can we get them?

    Hi Miguel,

    For Spectrum you don't need to do the cumulative installs, there is a direct upgrade path from 11.1 to the most recent version. See here in the documentation..

    For SSA, you do need to install the versions one by one, here are some links.
