Hello! I'm liking this new forum. There seem to be quite a few tools available when you write a response- some are familiar (like Bold, Italic etc), but it took some experimentation to work out that the others allow strikethrough and tagging other forum members. I think a pop-up explanation when you hover over them would help a bit.

Thanks Rich! I agree there a number of things that are less than intuitive and Salesforce (which platform is based on) had been a bit inconsistent in application of help info (like the @ sign - I know in some parts of the site they explain this). The winter release will address a good number of these things and we'll keep filling gaps. Our moderators are here for you too if there are any questions that arise. Regards, Dave
