Unfortunately this behaviour is defaulted in Spectrum Spatial Analyst and cannot be configured.
If there are public projects available it will show those when a user logs out. It will show the default project if it exists or the first one alphabetically if the default project it not there.
I will add a road map item (feature request) to review this behaviour and provide an option to remain logged out in a future release.
We will need to still support showing public projects when a user first browses.

Hi again!
As I manage many projects, some of them are public and some are not, it is disturbing in many ways that SSA keeps automatically redirecting to another (public) project after logging out. Especially, as we have different projects for different clients and it's not very pleasant, if client logs out from it's map projects and after that opens another project from another client automatically. Is it possible to disable that kind of behavior?
