We have a number of hidden fields on some of our Assets that we do not want users to be able to extract, to avoid this we have created and been using Excel download templates but the issue here is this limits everyone to being only able to use the created download template and there is no way to get a full extract without creating a template with all the fields that everyone can see and use. We would like to be able to either to still download full extracts as an Admin only or lock access to specific extract templates so that only Admin/even persons which certain defined responsibility or just specified users can access them.
