Hi Ashley,
Yes, I have opened the specific tif file by itself, and it does open fine.
I have also opened the tif files in a different order (same error after ten files)
I have also opened tif files from a different set (same error after ten files)
I am not using a seamless table. I have a vector table of square regions, representing the image tile boundaries, with a hotlink to the specific image tables. I open the images by clicking on the hotlink.
I also tried opening the image tables and got the error.
I also tried opening the image tables each in their own map window, in case the error was due to too many images open in one map window, but the error also occurred after ten images.

Hi Nick,
Sorry to hear about the error. A couple of suggestions come to mind:
- Have you tried opening the image with the error by itself (without others) to isolate that the issue is related to the number of images and not a specific file itself?
- Are you opening as direct files or via a seamless table?
Thanks, Ashley

Subject: Error with opening cloud-optimised geoTifs in 32-bit MapInfo v15.0.3
Hello all,
I have an error opening cloud-optimised geoTifs in 32-bit MapInfo v15.0.3
The images are stored on a network drive
The first ten images open okay (they are tiles) but then I get the error
"Image file open error. Unable to open table SW_e529_n6874."
It looks like MapInfo v15 can handle only ten of this type of image, and then cannot handle any more.
Thanks,
Nick
