    When the Take Action is selected for a Change Request it would be beneficial if the original term/text was displayed, so that the initiator does not need to flip back and forward to note the change needed.

    Do you by chance have a screenshot example of this? Just want to ensure I am aligned with your team's expectations of the requested functionality.
