It's still "end of November".
The first release will probably be English only, or British-English, American-English, and Australian-English with the smallæ differences that exist between these languages.
After this, there will be releases over the following months as we add more and more languages to the installer. As you saw with v17.0, these will get mixed with the patch releases as we have these ready. We have no exact dates for the following releases yet.
