    We are on D360 analyze v 3.4.3, but also received the error after migrating to 3.6.0, and started getting the error below for a handful of users and trying to understand why and how to fix. We had just bounced the server and it appeared to come up with no issues

    Thank you Gerry for the help. I found out that putting jar files, specifically  jackson* files into the "install directory"/lib/java/ext is not correct and causes issues. Although some posts and documentation references this directory it is not advisable to use this directory for external jar files
