  • 1.  Opetional Tabs for an Asset Type

    We are using governance as part of an embedded platform for a strict use case. In our situation we are not using responsibilities, comments or dont want to show change log. Is there any movement to make the tabs optional or hidden. To me this should be a simple enhancement and for places like where I work that are highly regulated we have to be careful of whats put into comments.

    Hi Patrick,

    In the meantime, there is a workaround for hiding the "Responsibility" tab : 

    Establishing Responsibilities

    The above documentation details how to remove rights for users "READ" capabilities for responsibilities specifically ( removing the tab as a result ). 

    I will follow up with you once I hear back on the initial request, settings to control each tab individually within the product UI.
