Fiona,
When you ran the installer, it should have updated a file called a "connection" to point to where you installed the data files. When the connection file ships, it has this string in it as we don't yet know where you are going to put the data.
In Spatial Manager, I would look for the connection file in that same Japan folder, open it and edit it to point to the disk folder where the .tab and other files are installed. The software uses the connection information (like a path) plus the individual name of each data file, to find it. Everything else should just work once that is correctly fixed.
I can't explain why this did not happen at install time.

Subject: Japan Tile gives error 'File not found: zspectrumconnectionz'
Hi,
I have been trying to install Spectrum 12.1 on Windows machine and in the Spatial Manager when I got to Japan I get this error:
The other countries - Hong Kong, China, etc are not giving the same error.
I used the streetpro_installer_v4.35_windows.exe installer and the SP_Display_Japan_202004.zip data file.
Any ideas on what to do?
Thanks,
Fiona
