When completing a workflow bulk respond action, any email notifications included in the workflow are sent. If 10 workflow items are responded to simultaneously for a single requester, and the workflow contains an email notification step on response, then 10 email notifications will be sent to the requester.
This enhancement is requesting an option to "Send one aggregated email notification per requester" to be added to the bulk respond process.
HydroOne is aware of the aggregated email notification option available under Administration > Settings, however that functionality doesn't meet this need.
The workflow screen would then have (1) checkbox selection:
[ ] Send 1 aggregated email notification per requester
