    Hi there,
    I have installed spectrum server 12.2 on an ec2 instance and am having issues with starting the server. It is the same error as mentioned in the post below.

    Tried the suggested solutions mentioned in the post, but am still getting the same error. I have tried contacting Pitney Bowes technical support, which has been very disappointing. I have been transferred to multiple departments, been given multiple phone numbers to call-in to and surprisingly, not a single person from PB support even knows about them having a product called Spectrum Spatial Technology Platform. I am attaching the error log here hoping someone can help.

    Hi Dhruv,

    I've probably installed Spectrum 12.2 on EC2 instances a dozen times without any issues.

    What ec2 instance type are  you using, which OS, how much disk space is allocated and what Spectrum modules are you installing?

    Thanks for your reply Jason. Please find the details of our installation as below:

    Instance type: m4.xlarge
    OS: CentOS 7 (x86_64) - with Updates HVM
    EBS volume size: 100 GiB
     
    Additional details:
    We are setting up a 2 node cluster installation. I performed a 'server only' installation on this 1st node.
