    Posted 08-27-2019 03:12

    Hello,

    I installed SPectrum in clulster with modules (LIM, etc.) and the two nodes  do not synchronize. For example : In Spatial Manager, creating a directory on node 1. Does not display on node 2.

    The repositroy.xml  file has been replaced by repository.postgres.xml (cp -p repository.postgres.xml repositroy.xml)

    After that, I set up the file :

    The password and user have been replaced by characters x

    Node 1 :

    <DataSources>

            <DataSource name="spatialrepo">

                <param name="databaseType" value="postgresql"/>

                            <param name="driver" value="org.postgresql.Driver"/>

                            <param name="url" value="jdbc:postgresql://10.118.33.128:9419/geo_ssa"/>

                            <param name="user" value="xxxxxxxxxx"/>

                            <param name="password" value="xxxxxxxxx"/>

                <param name="validationQuery" value="select 1"/>

            </DataSource>

        </DataSources>

    <Cluster id="node1" syncDelay="2000">

                    <Journal class="org.apache.jackrabbit.core.journal.DatabaseJournal">

                            <param name="revision" value="${rep.home}/revision.log" />

                            <param name="dataSourceName" value="spatialrepo"/>

                            <param name="schemaObjectPrefix" value="rep_"/>

                            <param name="janitorEnabled" value="false" />

                            <param name="janitorSleep" value="86400" />

                            <param name="janitorFirstRunHourOfDay" value="3" />

                    </Journal>

            </Cluster>

    Node 2 :

        <DataSources>

            <DataSource name="spatialrepo">

                <param name="databaseType" value="postgresql"/>

                            <param name="driver" value="org.postgresql.Driver"/>

                            <param name="url" value="jdbc:postgresql://10.118.33.128:9419/geo_ssa"/>

                            <param name="user" value="xxxxxxxxxx"/>

                            <param name="password" value="xxxxxxxxx"/>

                <param name="validationQuery" value="select 1"/>

            </DataSource>

        </DataSources>

    <Cluster id="node2" syncDelay="2000">

                    <Journal class="org.apache.jackrabbit.core.journal.DatabaseJournal">

                            <param name="revision" value="${rep.home}/revision.log" />

                            <param name="dataSourceName" value="spatialrepo"/>

                            <param name="schemaObjectPrefix" value="rep_"/>

                            <param name="janitorEnabled" value="false" />

                            <param name="janitorSleep" value="86400" />

                            <param name="janitorFirstRunHourOfDay" value="3" />

                    </Journal>

            </Cluster>

    After these modifications, I have run the command limrepo import

    In the rep_journal table of the production database, for each modification there is indeed an entry.

    Thanks for your help,

    Hi Augustin,

    Thank you for seeking answer to your query in the knowledge community!

    I wanted to know if we can increase the reach of this post to more people that may find the answers more quickly. Hence I have moved this thread from Spectrum Spatial (SSA/LIM) to Spectrum Technology Platform Community.

    Hoping for a quicker reply to this post!

    Augustin,
    I would heavily recommend you raise this as a case with Support so that we can most easily transfer information back and forth which I am sure will be necessary in this case.  We might even need a screen session.
    Having a case will ensure that none of the information gets lost or that your issues are not responded to in a timely manner. Having raised this issue over a month ago,   I personally apologize for it having slipped through the cracks.
    Feel free to send me any information directly but please go ahead and make it a formal case.
