Hi, can you confirm that if a user was in maintenance when v21 was released (Nov?) that they will still receive their serial numbers and activation codes, when Precisely have sorted this issue, even if they are no longer in maintenance now.

It's great that we got an extension on the expiration date on the new MapInfo Pro, but it looks like we will be seeing this initially frightening message pop up between now and March.
