In the past 15 years the popularity of coffee shops has grown – you are never far away from one of the popular chains such as Starbucks or Costa, and in more recent times specialist independent coffee shops and cafes have started to spring up around our cities.
To celebrate our growing Café Culture I have produce a Map for Fun based on my home town of Birmingham.
The map shows the location of coffee shop chains as well as the newer independent cafes / coffee shops which are labelled. It is essentially a guide for any coffee lovers who visit Birmingham City Centre.
The data was sourced from OS Points of Interest and is overlaid on OS Street View.
