    Following Oracle's announcement of the end of support for Oracle 12c database, support for Oracle 12c database within EngageOne Server and EngageOne Deliver will be withdrawn as follows:

    • March 31st 2022 – Oracle 12.2.0.1
    • July 31st 2022 – Oracle 12.1.0.2

    EngageOne Server and Deliver Customers using the above Oracle 12.x database versions should migrate to the long term supported Oracle 19c version as soon as possible.
