    As we discovered it today during the European Partner Conference, EngageOne Converse is now offering you Cognitive features in addition to the Transactional existing chatbot, due to the integration with the EVA technology from Finsa.

    If you want to know more, contact Nathalie David or Michiel Wentzel .... 
    Maybe Finsa could share some example there.
