    The CMO Council hosted an exciting webinar this week that we're happy to share as available on replay for those who couldn't join us.

    It featured a lively panel discussion hosted by CMO Council VP, Liz Miller, with representatives from Nationwide Financial, The Fearless Group Agency, and Pitney Bowes. We enjoyed hearing their experienced (and sometimes surprising!) perspectives on common challenges and trends they are facing in connecting with their customers.

    The webinar also reviewed a new research study revealing dramatic new insights around how consumers want to be engaged and what you can be doing as marketers to reach them in the most effective way possible.

    Thanks for sharing this!

    It's clear from the study that everyone wants omnichannel.

    One thing that stood out to me was that, as a brand, omnichannel doesn't mean you have to be everywhere... just where the consumer needs you.
