Yesterday Pitney Bowes announced it has agreed to sell its Software and Data business to Syncsort, the global leader in Big Iron to Big Data software. While we're excited about what the future holds for our new organization (read more here) it's business as usual for now. The same great team that supports you, whether through this community or through other touchpoints you have with Pitney Bowes, remains in place, and our product development work continues.
If you've been part of this community for any length of time it probably doesn't surprise you that clients played a large role in this decision. Data management, quality and integration are top of mind topics for you, and this combination of capabilities will deliver transformative benefits to the market. Over time, we'll share related information and insights on this site, and the new and innovative applications they support.
