Request to add a default "submit an inquiry" workflow to Govern. As of now, we have created a custom "submit an inquiry" workflow, but preference would be for this to be available out of the box, with specific functionality closer to ticketing system like, user to raise inquiry, access change, managing assets, training, approval, logs etc.
To ensure I have a full grasp on what the team is looking for, provide a few specific examples of the end solution.
Workflows are fully customizable, so the more information you can provide the better.
