    Hi everyone,

    I'm working on an application that uses VB6 and MapInfo Pro 8.5. It works on a Windows 10 Pro tablet when I draw lines or polygons with a mouse. However, once I started to draw with a pen (or touch) the application appears to be frozen and when I closed it with Task Manager, the MapInfo Pro displays the Internal Error 34623.

    I found a document of MapInfo Pro 12.5.1 and it said checking the checkbox Enable Hardware Acceleration for 3D Map Windows would resolve the issue. However, I tried that with different MapInfo Pro versions like 8.5, 12.5 and 15.0, but none of them works. Besides, the application only draws in 2D, not 3D.

    I'm currently using a virtual mouse for drawing those as a workaround and it works fine. I'm not sure if anyone experiences the same issue of drawing on a touch screen in Windows 10?
