The tool GE-link is not working for me in the MapInfo Discover bundle 64 bit version. The tool is not opening at all. Any suggestions?

    Hi Martina,

    Thanks for posting!

    1. Can you try to open a point table or region table as a test, and select to highlight.
    2. Click on Home > Tools Extensions > Registered > GE Tool > Click box for Load Tool.

    1

    3. Then Click Home > Tool Extensions > Running > GE Tool > Click Upside down triangle next to GE Link > Click on Export Map.

    2

    4. Does Export Map window come open now?

    3

If not, try closing out of MapInfo Pro Discover Bundle, and Right click on MapInfo Discover desktop Icon, and Right Click on the startup Icon and Left Click on Run as Administrator. Then follow the steps again. Let me know if this works for you.

Thank you Matt, it worked. I think I missed to exactly prick the upside down triangle to get to the next step. So the tool always worked, I just didn't find the right way.
