@Martin Hodder? would you have any insight on what may be causing this?

I don't know what i means let alone whats causing it. My only guess is not enough nodes in the network.

    Hi Peter,

What I would say is that RouteFinder 4 is no longer supported. You may want to consider upgrading. If you have a current support contract for RouteFinder then ?this is free.

You can try entering smaller numbers in the Isochrone option box and see what happens. If that does not work then it would required some investigation.

I upgraded as suggested but there is no lic. with the upgrade. I thought since I had a maintenance agreement/license till mid 2018 , I would have recieved a new lic or would be able to use the ver 4.2 lic. Now ver 5 runs like freeware and is totally useless to me. Can't get any help from support.

Hi Peter, Can you contact me directly and I can check your maintenance and support status. If you are on support then you should definitely have been notified. Version 4.12 will be unaffected by the upgrade. If you can email the details to me at mhodder@highermappingsolutions.com and then I can check that.
