  • 1.  Layer Control Enhancements

    • Add "Remove Layer" to the right-click menu so we don't have to go to the top to do it.
    • Add "Close Table" as an option. Usually when I am removing a layer I want it closed.
    • Color-code the Add and Remove layer menu items Green and Red (I believe they were like this in an earlier version).
    • Add Group should be in the right-click menu anywhere, so it can be placed where I want it.
    • Add Group should automatically have a cursor in it ready to rename the Group
    • Be able to select several layers and have a right-click for "Add layers to new group folder"
    • "Editable" pencil is still not easy to tell if it is enabled or not for a layer. Why not have the rectangle containing the layer name highlighted (background or outline)? I am always changing what layer is editable.

    Nice suggestions, Steve.

    We'll definitely give them some considerations.

    Some of them I totally agree with. I have even added for instance a Close Table to the context menu with the latest version of the WindowHelper tool which tells a bit about how useful I think it is.
