    Using publicly-available data, this map highlights the highest-value suburbs for houses and units across Australia.

    Another handy metric for investors is the 'days to market' category. The darker the area, the longer the average amount of time properties stay on the market for. This can alert you as to whether to expect a quick sale or to practice patience.

    These data layers can be especially helpful in query form through something like SSA. For example, you can find all suburbs in your price range from within a 10Km radius of your workplace.
