1. The dataset used for segmentation is the CAMEO dataset (https://www.pitneybowes.com/au/data/demographic-data/cameo-australia.html) which implements Consumer segmentation
2. Yes, this process is referred to as geoenrichment. It means that attributes can be added to client datasets and populated with values from associated datasoures (such as the CAMEO dataset). Pitney Bowes have worked with a number of clients to implement this type of process.

1. Working with multiple vendors to ensure the integration was performed using open, published standards not proprietary points of connection. Both Pitney Bowes + external vendors have large number of clients within the industry & have implemented similar solutions previously so were well positioned to advise on best practice.
2. Agree that this is a powerful solution, it would require security to be applied at the data tier (in addition to application tier) but would bring benefits of application reuse across multiple business processes. Pitney Bowes have helped other clients with a similar vision to implement this type of solution by adopting a master data management approach.
3. Burwood have already achieved strong adoption with field staff including Rangers, can see potential for streamlining operations of processes associated with building developments.
