Hello Everyone,

i'm user of MI Bundle 16 and I can't increase my map label size, even if I change the value to 36 or 72 pts i doesn't have any changement.

Please could give some assistance to fix this issue.

if you see the picture attached the label size outside the map is not increasing but if you tick inside the map i will have the big size. how to have a big size outside the map?

Hi Babacar,

Could you give a few more details here. Are you using Discover and/or a separate Gridding tool ? MapInfo Pro, does not support this behavior for a Grid Map. Otherwise, you can edit the Label size for any tab file through the Layer Properties window. The label size changes instantly.

Selecting > Discover > Map Grid > (checkbox) Place labels in mask polygon outside map frame > seems to be the standard fixed size by default and cannot be changed automatically to scale larger outside the map . You can change the degree marker size manually in Layer Control > (Autogrid) > Checked for editable >

Double click on each degree marker one at a time and click the style icon and change the size of the font.

In the screenshot below, any change will placed inside the border. There does not to appear to be a better work around at this time.

Unfortunately there is not due to the frame settings default is greyed out.
