    What is the correct email to Tech Support? I've sent three emails since 10/12 and have not gotten any response -- not even the automatic one with the case number. Has the email address changed?

    Also the 800 phone number seems to be down for Tech Support...

    I was in contact with Kelly Lord today as well. Something is definitely wrong!
