  • 1.  Can I Open StreetPro Tables or Workspaces without Autoloader in MapInfo Pro?

    The Answer is: Yes!

    The alternative way to open StreetPro Tables and Workspaces in MapInfo Pro directly without Autoloader is by first navigating to the StreetPro State folder directory on your hard drive in Windows Explorer.

    Once in the StreetPro State directory in Windows Explorer, press "Alt-D" on the keyboard to Copy the highlighted StreetPro directory path.

    In MapInfo Pro > Click on Home > Open Table > in the Open Dialog box, Click inside "File name" and Press "Ctrl V" on the Keyboard (to paste the StreetPro Directory) and Press Enter.

    Click on the file of type Drop-down for MapInfo (*.tab) or Workspace (*wor,*.mws) to open.

    Select the desired StreetPro Workspace to Open and Click OK.

    These StreetPro workspaces are pre-built and designed to open the Street files with similar styles, zoom displays, labeling, etc. as those delivered by the Autoloader templates.

    Matt, this is very helpful....many Pro/StreetPro user's are not aware of these pre-built workspaces? - good job!
