Snap and Autotrace are two features I use everyday. SNAP is always enabled (I can toggle it of course) but Autotrace I always haveto toggle witt the T shortcut.
Is there a way or setting to enable it at startup?
Thank you
Georges
Hi @Georges Majerus? Yes, You can set it up in the Pro tab under preferences.
Hello Krishna, can you be a little more precise about where in the "Options" I can find that? I have checked every single item but can't find it. I also checked in the Mapinfo Pro Raster Preferences. Thanks!
Hi @Georges Majerus? , I think i misunderstood the question.
This is the best possible approach to use the Auto Trace

Hello, thank you for the clarifications. I am using autotrace quite a lot and I am thus familiar with how to use it. I was hoping I could make it "on by default" somehow like the snap function is. Have a good day!
Hi @Georges Majerus?
It seems that we only maintain the Snap information for a window, not the Autotrace or any of the other states you can set a map into (such as Autonode and full window cursor )
