    Hi John,

    This document is usually provided with the order form as part of the sales contract during the sales process and is not part of the product documentation. The 'End User License Agreement' (EULA) also differs by region, but here is a list of EULA's:

    From the list in the link above, I think the 'Software and Data End User License Agreement' doc may be your best bet.

    If there is anything which you are unsure of in regards to the EULA content, best bet would be to follow up with your account manager who could take a look at this locally for you in a legal sense.

    Perhaps this should go out with the documentation? Rather than searching high and low and hoping for a "best bet"!!

    Yeah, I also realized after replying that it is also displayed during the installation process as part of the initial steps in the installation wizard where it asks whether the user 'accepts and agrees'.

    I think it's a fair point that it should be included as part of the documentation set. I will mention this to our Product Management team and get them to review this suggestion. Thanks for the feedback John. 🙂
