    We have major insurance companies in the US that are tied to Flood Information based on a US Property. This information can be helpful in knowing the type of Flood Insurance Policy is needed base on where someone lives.

    Here is an example of Flood Risk Pro in MapInfo Professional with Parcel Data

    The Flood layer can be used to determine the locations of high-risk, moderate- to-low risk and undetermined-risk areas. This information is especially useful for lenders, developers and insurance companies.
