    Yes - and no.

    A workspace is run when you open it so any number of users can access and open the same workspace.

    But if you expect eventuel changes in the workspace saved by one user to be reflected with another user who already has the workspace open, then the answer is no.

    These changes will only be seen when the workspace is opened again.

    Also note that if multiple users save changes to the workspace, they will overwrite eachothers changes. Last one wins.
