The Bing maps are all found in the Open control on the HOME tab

If these controls are disabled, it's probably because your Bing license has run out. This happens each year on the first of January.
For customers on maintenance, there is a Bing Patch available that will extent the license for another year. To get access to this patch, reach out to our technical support.
