  • 1.  'Layer Tools' contextual menu default switching unnecessary and infuriating. How to remove 'Layer Tools' from the ribbon.

    When digitising and clicking on shapes in different tab files, the program defaults back to the 'Layer Tools' contextual menu after each new shape is set to be editable. This is completely unnecessary since nothing on that menu is to be selected, but the original spatial tab has be re-clicked to get back to digitising. Can this automatic tab switching be removed from the program please? 'Ribbon tab switching' settings do not affect this -- it happens anyway. Customising the ribbon has no option to turn of the Layer Tools menu.

    Automatic Switching was fixed in v16.0.2 so make sure that you are using this version.

    I have min preference set to never switch and I saw a great improvement in the switching with v16.0.2.
