    Hi Bertel,

    You can go to the HOME ribbon > Create PDF > Print Properties dialog and in the "Advanced Settings" check the option.

    If you prefer this setting to be "on" all the time, you can change the printer settings via Windows Devices and Printers via the Control Panel (or the Start button).

    Rightclick on the MapInfo PDF Printer Version xxx, select Printing Preferences and now select the correct MapInfo PDF Printer version from the list if you have multiple like me.
