    'What item would you like to report a problem with’ – we want to take this away completely and should just default to the asset selected. We don’t need to question the user on this as they already are selecting the area/asset that they have a ‘take action’ on. The “Other item” should be removed as it provides more confusion and cant think of a use case where that is used.

    Mandy has provided an update for this request. We will soon have the ability to customise the first question asked against the asset.

    'Other item' will be removed.

    Hello Suniti,

    We already have this Enhancement documented and it is going to fix in next release to govern which is scheduled to release on March 5, 2021 to DEV/UAT and following week to PROD on March 12,2021.
