    Having the ability to click on ‘Take action’ to take them directly to a form and remove the additional step needed before they get to the form. Below screenshot is one example.

    First step as per screenshot 'Example 1 training'

    Step two as per screenshot 'Example 1 remove' - We do not want this step

    Step three as per screenshot 'Example 1 outcome'
