    When creating assets, the UI always defaults its selection to the first in the list (e.g. 'Application' in accompanying GIF), instead of storing state and going to the most recently edited/handled asset. This behaviour is consistent elsewhere e.g. when editing fields of an asset. It can be jarring and slows down development. Submitting for consideration as a low-priority enhancement.
