  • 1.  Parent-Child: Create a child directly under a parent Asset

    When browsing the parent asset, we want to add a child under that parent with a ‘+’ button. This optimizes operations, gains in efficiency and procures a better UX.
    Example: We created a business asset Term (child) as part of a business asset Concept (parent) with the Parent-Child configuration. The Term business asset has been defined with “relation lookup” type field as field of Concept business asset. There is currently no way to directly create a Term when we are on the Concept page.

    This is a good idea but would want to take into consideration that a parent may have many child asset types think of a Database Schema as example could have tables, views, procedures etc and each of those could have children of their own. So I would advise that UX is paramount to getting right if this is added.
