'What are you reporting' – In the future we want the ability to change the words so its more specific to what the ‘take action’ is related to. If it can’t be customized for different type of workflows assigned against assets, then we would like this wording to be ‘what request would you like to raise?’

Mandy has provided an update. I believe this is something we can customise in the future.
