    We've received complaints from users that the daily workflow summary emails are confusing when user doesn't have new workflows, but does have old workflows still pending. The subject line reads "0 new workflow items require your attention" which many users take to mean that no action is required. It would be better if this subject line was more general so that users would know to check the body of the email, or if the subject line was revised to give quantity of old and new workflows, not just new. thanks
