Data360 Govern

We would like to set links in our intranet to defined assets in Data360

I tried to find the right link using the url in the browser, but:

example: https://mycompany.data3sixty.com/artifact/100000047/100014094.com

100000047 = ID for the asset type

100014094 = ID for the asset...???

I checked the system field of this asset, but the asset id and asset uid are completely different.

In Govern, we can define the links thru the fields while configuring the Asset types. Here is the documentation regarding the links. If you want to use the Intranet link in govern you can use the above way.

I guess the solution you mentioned is not was I was looking for. I do not want to create a new field in Govern to add a link in Govern, I want to have it exaclty the other way round >> the url to assets of Govern.

Our use case is: we set links in our intranet to sprecified data assets. So you click in the intranet and will be guided / linked to the Govern asset.

not sure if you got an answer already but here is what I've found: Create any Export template and make sure "Include Asset Url" is set to 'Yes'. Export your assets and the last column should contain your uid-based urls (i.e. asset/4e8dc560-d812-49d2-8df8-29885c837724). Just append that to your domain url and voila:  https://mycompany.data3sixty.com/asset/4e8dc560-d812-49d2-8df8-29885c837724
